Russell E. Alfrey, 76, passed away Thursday, Dec. 10, 2009, at his home in Medford, Ore. Russ was born in Moorehead, Ky., and proudly served in the Marines during the Korean war. He retired from Lockhead Martin to Southern Oregon in 1995. Russ leaves behind a wife, three children, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A memorial service is scheduled for Monday, Dec. 14 at 11:00 a.m. at the Eagle Point National Cemetary.
