Peter M. Marshall
January 10, 1969 - September 15, 2021

Peter Michael Marshall
Pete was born January 10, 1969, in Santa Rosa, California, to Dan and Cindy Marshall. He passed September 15, 2021, in Medford, Oregon.
The family moved to Oregon in 1971, and Pete spent the majority of his life in The Rogue Valley. Growing up, Pete was very active in sports including football, basketball, baseball, and wrestling. As a Junior in high school, he was a member of the 1985 Medford Black Tornado State Championship Football Team and runner-up State Championship Baseball Team. As a Senior, in 1986, Pete scored the first touchdown in South Medford school history, and he also played 3 seasons for the American Legion Medford Mustangs.
Pete went on to play football and baseball at The College of The Siskiyous, in Weed, California, before accepting an athletic scholarship for baseball at Portland State University.
After college, he began his career as a freight broker with Combined Transport, in Medford. He also kept
very busy officiating/coaching youth sports, golfing, and he loved spending time in the outdoors with his dog,
Boss, at his side.
In 1997, Pete moved to Las Vegas and worked as a building contractor, cowboy, and a gambler (parlay king).
Pete was preceded in death by his mother Cindy Marshall and survived by father Dan (Shereen), brothers Scott, Boomer (Nicole), sister Emily (Travis) Brink, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews who truly loved their Uncle Pete.
Because of Pete’s faith In Jesus Christ, we firmly believe Pete’s last breath on Earth was followed by his first
breath in Heaven.
There will be a family graveside service held at a later date.
