Obituary for Linda Outfleet

Linda Outfleet went to be with her Lord Jesus Christ on April 10, 2018. Linda was born March 13, 1943 in Ontario, California.
In 1961 she married her high school sweetheart and love of her life, Richard H. Outfleet (Dick). They moved to Southern Oregon in 1967.
Linda was naturally artistic and in 1984 her passion for creating inspired her to open Molly Reed Gifts and Interiors in downtown Medford, which she owned and operated with her daughter through 2007. She decorated homes throughout the region and beyond, sharing her tasteful yet whimsical style with many clients who were first and foremost friends.
Her enthusiasm for life and excitement in making things beautiful was inspirational. Linda had a strong Christian faith, was involved in many churches, and was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church. She was also a member of the Hillcrest Society and the Rogue Gallery, where she helped plan and decorate soirees, events, and parties.
Linda was kind, generous, and a lot of fun. She is survived by her husband, Dick Outfleet; children, Richard (Marla) Outfleet, and Kimberly (Tom) Hearon; and grandchildren, Jonathan Outfleet, Emily Outfleet, and Matt Hearon.
A public Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. April 27, 2018 at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church.
