Biography

Anne Elizabeth Ferreira, 68, of Central Point, Ore., passed away April 28, 2010, surrounded by her loved ones and the books she so dearly love to read in the quiet of her home.
She was born Anne Elizabeth Mulholland, October 4, 1941, in Hawthorne, Nev., daughter of , Francis J and Anne E Mulholland. Anne spent most of her adult life in the San Francisco Bay area as a mother and wife before reentering the work force in 1982. Her most enjoyable employment was working with the Emergency Housing Consortium (EHC) homeless shelter in San Jose, Calif.. She moved to the Rogue Valley in 2004. Her hobbies included reading, knitting and playing mind games on the computer.
She is survived by husband of 48 years, Kenneth; daughters, Kathyann Swensen, of San Jose, Calif., and Sarita Sinclair, of Midland, Ga.; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A Rosary service will be held at 6:00 p.m., on Tuesday May 4, 2010, at Conger-Morris Central Point Chapel, 800 S. Front Street, Central Point, OR, 541-664-3361.
A Memorial service will take place at Conger-Morris, at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday May 5, 2010. Interment will be at Oak Hill Memorial Park, 300 Curtner Avenue, San Jose, Calif.
